An increasing number of dental plans are adding coverage for implants. Press releases from some of the companies announcing the coverage are available on the website of the National Association of Dental Plans at www.nadp.org in the News Section under Member News Releases. That site also has a directory of dental plans that can be searched by state.

If an insurance company pays for implants is up to the plans sponsor (usually your employer) and there are quite a few that will cover it.

Thanks

I'm not too familiar with dental insurance but I do know a bit more about discount plans.  One plan that I've done extended research on gives 25% discounts on the work done on implants - but the device itself is always full price.  If someone already has insurance but it doesn't fully cover then the discount with this plan can be applied for additional savings.  If anyone wants to research it out themselves they can use this link: http://www.mybenefitsplus.com/amysun

I live and work in the Uk and I can get my teeth done with NHS but to be honest I prefer other ways. I am maybe a bit snobbish, but I fly to a clinic in Poland to get the implants done. There are three more sessions left but to b honest dentalpoland clinic is amazing. Well, prices of clinics must are killing here. I usually spend around 30% less, visit Cracow and come back. I think it is worth it.And what is more important , all the staff speak English including the residents who take care of you.
