Many people have turned to their dentist to find teeth whitening help; however, for those of us that do not have around $1,000 just lying around the house, this is not an option. One procedure alone will cost between $500 and $1,000 and in most cases, it will take several appointments in order to remove stains that are deep in the enamel of the teeth, so you may be looking at thousands of dollars instead of just one thousand.

# Brushing the teeth every night with apple cider vinegar is also an effective home remedy for teeth whitening.
# Brushing the teeth with hard wood ash is also beneficial as it contains a teeth whitener –potassium hydroxide. This is one of the best teeth whitening remedy.
# Strawberries are considered natural remedy for teeth whitening. Rubbing the teeth with strawberries daily will remove all the stains.
# Prepare a paste by adding equal amounts of lemon juice and salt and apply to yellowing spots on teeth. This is one of the effective home remedies for teeth whitening.
# Gargling the teeth with a cup of water and half a teaspoonful of rock salt at night is beneficial in preventing all tooth problems.
# Rubbing the inside of the orange peel will help in teeth whitening.

Home teeth whitening is a good thing when you are saving money for dental treatments but those whitening remedies will just last for a short duration, if you want to make your teeth pearl white, there are inexpensive whitening treatments available.

you can also use these home remedies for the teeth whitening which i have mentioned below. Spending lot of money behind any surgery, it is better to use this natural therapy.
combine three spoons of baking soda and glycerin,put a little salt.Then mix until a paste is formed.Brush with it after each meal and re-brush with your usual toothpaste.In just a week, you will notice that your teeth are whiter than before.I have being doing it for one month.it works! coz i am now called “pure”because of my pure-white set of teeth.
Crush the strawberry to a pulp, then mix with the baking soda until blended. Use a soft toothbrush to spread the mixture onto your teeth. Leave on for 5 minutes, then brush thoroughly with toothpaste to remove the berry–baking soda mix. Rinse. (A little floss will help get rid of any strawberry seeds.) You can apply once a week.

Hi,
There are a few natural ways to whiten your teeth or prevent them from discoloring :
1.Make sure to brush and floss your teeth at least twice a day. Make sure to floss at bedtime and use a cheap gum massager to get under the gum flap. You want to prevent the buildup of plaque, which can discolor your teeth.
2.Avoid drinking water with any added fluoride or using toothpaste with fluoride as it's been reported that it can discolor or stain your teeth.
3.If you smoke try to cut down as much as possible and of course it s better for your health to quit smoking altogether as you no doubt know. Smokers have a more difficult time keeping their teeth white than non-smokers so you may have to work harder at it.
4.Coffee and tea are notorious for causing teeth staining. Make sure to sip or rinse your mouth with water while you're drinking coffee or tea and after you're done. Colas and wine can also cause stains on the teeth.

This boils down to; how do you get them to CALL you? If they don't call they won't get educated and they won't buy your dentistry. Advertising's purpose is NOT to educate (that will occur once they arrive). Advertising's sole and only purpose is to ATTRACT. You just want qualified people to pick up the phone and call. Nothing happens in a dental office until the phone rings.

Use bicarbonate of soda 5 minutes before brushing the teeth with normal toothpaste in the morning. This is a good home remedy for teeth whitening.
