How does your practice currently handle appointment cancellations?
How may cancellations per month do you have and what percentage of them are no-shows?
What processes do you have in place to fill in the openings (wait - asap list, contact via a phone call or text message or e-mail or all of the above)?
Do you prioritize the wait list to align higher revenue procedures?
Do you charge a cancellation fee?
