Hello friends,

Here are few tips for healthy teeth.

# Clean your teeth after eating by toothbrush and dental floss. Use a correct toothbrush, and brush and floss  correctly.
# Visit the dentist regularly. Periodontal disease of gums is common in adults and in older people. The dentist can remove plaque from teeth, reducing the number of bacteria - a key to helping prevent tooth decay and gum disease.
# Don't ignore gums that bleed when you brush or floss or changes in the way your teeth fit together when you bite.
# Ask your dentist about cosmetic options for improving the appearance of teeth that are stained or chipped.
# Chewable vitamin C tablets with or without sugar are acidic and are a hazard for not only children’s teeth but also to adult's teeth. Do not use lemon juice for whitening because vitamin C will cause the teeth to lose calcium damaging teeth quicker than anything else.

Hope you'll like it..!!

Hi Friends..
Thanks for this post..!
Here are a few symptoms which help people and dentists to find out a periodontal disease. Swelling in the gums or bleeding in them may be an indicator of gum disease. Bad breath also indicates gum disease. If teeth feel very sensitive to heat or cold then it may be due to periodontal disease. Loosened teeth and feeling of pain while eating food are two other symptoms of gum disease.

The main purpose of dentists while treating a periodontal disease is to remove the infection from the mouth. Different procedures are used for the removal of infection from the mouth. Deep cleaning is done by dentists for curing such infection. Root planning and scaling are a part of deep cleaning. In sever type of gum diseases, flap surgery or tissue and bone drafts surgery may also be required. It is also very important to maintain oral hygiene once treatment is done by the dentist.

Any dental condition, if not treated properly and in time, can become a really bad situation. In fact dental conditions are often an indication of some other serious health conditions. Some of these severe health conditions can also be diabetes and HIV infection besides other conditions.

Hello,
These are some tips for your healthy teeth.
•  Clean your teeth after eating by toothbrush and dental floss. Use a correct toothbrush, and brush and floss correctly.
•  Visit the dentist regularly. Periodontal disease of gums is common in adults and in older people. The dentist can remove plaque from teeth, reducing the number of bacteria - a key to helping prevent tooth decay and gum disease.
•  If you experience the following, then you have chances of a periodontal disease:
Gums bleeding during brushing
Red and/or swollen gums
Gums that have pulled away from the teeth, Pus between the teeth and gums
Bad breath
Loose teeth.
•  Don't ignore gums that bleed when you brush or floss or changes in the way your teeth fit together when you bite.
•  Ask your dentist about cosmetic options for improving the appearance of teeth that are stained or chipped.
•  Don't use tobacco products; they can increase your risk of gum disease and cancer of the mouth and throat.
•  Don't chew on hard objects that could crack a tooth.

thanks!!

Hi, The foremost thing a person should do is to Brush their teeth regularly. A normal count of 3 times per day would be good. i.e. Morning, After Meals and after dinner or before going to bed. Also, there are quite a few fluoride products that are available in market which you can use in the Night which helps in preventing cavities in the teeth. Make sure your toothbrush has soft bristles, which does not damage your enamel layer, or remove it away. Check how to brush your Teeth.

Cheers!

1. Drink lots of water. At least 2 liters are recommended unless you have any medical constraints.
2. Avoid chilled water. Water at near body temperature is best.
3. Do not consume frozen food or cold fluids immediately after hot food.
4. Do not swallow food. Chew it until is becomes a paste.
5. Do not gulp water or other fluids. Rinse each sip gradually in mouth and then slowly sip in.
