Medical term for bad breath is halitosis. There are numerous ways to treat bad breath But remember that all the remedies of halitosis should be taken into consideration along with the dental treatment and not as a substitute to it.
One effective way to treat halitosis is by keeping your tongue clean. For this first brush your tongue and then clean with a tongue cleaner. You must follow a healthy dental hygiene. Brush your teeth at least twice a day. Clean the meat scrap from the teeth with a toothpick, if need be.
Bacteria in the mouth react with the food and drink residue to emit bad breath Some foods like onion and garlic are also source of foul smelling breath. So if you are able to avoid these foods, you won't have bad breath.
