Cant live with my teeth any longer.  They hurt.  I am 20 and have literally NO way to pay to get them fixed. Is there any dentist that would be willing to give me a smile makeover without me having to pay?  I wouldn't mind taking pictures for advertisement or anything.

Hey TT71,

It is not possible to give you absolutely free treatment. Yes, one can give you some discount if the treatment is costly... And yes provide your location so it would be easy for all to suggest the near by place for the treatment..

I was in the same situation as you a couple yrs ago and had no insurance, when I found a dental plan and it was really cheap only a few dollars a month, I found a dentist that excepted my plan right where I live and he did all my work on my teeth and the bill was very small by using my dental plan, then he let me make payments on the rest that was left over after using my plan, I no longer have trouble with my teeth and visit him often for cleanings. If I had't signed up fpr the Dental plan I would still be in pain, if you would like more information on the dental plans you can email me at lkosarue@yahoo.com

Cosmetic dentistry is very expensive in US. Maybe if you went to another country you could get it for less...

You could get a dental insurance, but there is a waiting period of a year or so before they give you benefits for cosmetic dentistry...

Like Lindy says, he best option at this time is to use a discount dental plan. There are a whole bunch of different plans out there and you should compare their rates and savings provided based on your area. Check out http://affordablediscountdentalplans.com.

And also get 10% discount code: BBNG

I'm Dr Thomas Karmen and I must respond to the last poster and say that I'd be very careful of searching for discount dentistry in other countries.  In the United States there are a variety of ways to achieve good results and to improve things for you. This question originally said the poster was young. In this case the options are highly varied and available. In the state of Iowa, in November, there will be a two free days of dentistry done for people who cannot afford it. I personally do a free day for people who cannot afford dentistry and I'm not alone, many of my fellow dentists do the same thing so do some investigating. Cosmetic work can consist of everything from relatively inexpensive white restorations to the ultimate in veneers and porcelain crowns so don't give up. Do research, it's out there for you.

Although cosmetic dentistry is seeing an increase, dentists advise that it in no way replaces the need for good Oral hygiene.
