Could a capped tooth that is throbbing and painful to the touch but has no swelling be a tooth infection?

hiiiii....Did your dentist say that you needed the root canal because your tooth was decayed, or did you have severe trauma means getting hit in mouth that initially caused the pain?

I think you have root canal surgery. You need a good dentist to treat your infected teeth. Or else it will be worst.
