I had a implant procedure. Everything seemed fine until the dentist took a X-ray. He found that the angle of the implant was leaning too much towards the tooth next to it. My question is what caused that to happen?

it will not cause you much but difference is while eating something stuck in your teehts that you are talking about, it will give you some pain or some uneven feeling.

rest no problems faced.

Thank You

Your dentist made that happen. If the implant is angulated, as long as it is not too severe, I would not worry about it unless the angulation creates a restorative problem. In that case it may have to be removed, the bone is left to heal, and then implant can be surgically placed in a correct position. If you have any further doubt I suggest you see someone for an x-ray and second opinion.  I hope this helps.
