Hello All,

I dont know anyone have tried it or not but it really works my dentist Dentist St Pete suggest use salt two times a day when we brush our teeth you will see result after 20 to 30 days but the result is long lasting and also there is no side effect. This also reduces the chance of teeth decay.

I dont agree with you It is now proved that salt has some ingredients which helps protect your teeth and helps whiten teeth I agree that it gives result after quite a long time but think what you want short term benefit or long term loss.

I hate salt and I also tried many things and my teeth hurt so much that I cannot drink and eat normal food! I prefer to use dentalpoland.com and have it done cheaper but then I am sure nothing hurts me again and I can do it once a year and my teeth are white. I am not sure this method you prefer is good and the safest.

Are you sure Dentist ST pete? I don't think salt is good for teeth whitening.. But why not try to use it.. There's no harm about it.

Thanks,

I've never heard of anyone brushing their teeth with salt, but I have heard of people rinsing their mouth out with salt water. Salt has an antiseptic effect, and that's the basic thing, but ,of course, that effect is not on teeth, but on the oral cavity.
