Hi folks, I been wanting to get into Dental Hygiene and Xray technician.I can't decide between one or the other.Which is better longterm? How about pay? Which one is easier to find a job between the two?

You can choose dentistry as carrier because it have bright future and dental business is flourishing rapidly.

Demand for hygienists is expected to increase at  faster than average as more people seek dental care  By 2012 dental hygiene is projected to be one of the fastest growing employment fields.The highest earning is about $40 and the lowest is $17 per hour hour.

Well this depends on (1) location, (2) your primary need (e.g. money). As far as I know, the dentists certainly are amongst the best paid jobs, especially in UK; and health career tops in US and other nearby countries. I am not sure though at what percent dentistry plays but it should be enough to start with.
